No. HighLevel is the customer record, the pipeline and the follow-up engine. Your calls still run on Dialpad. AI Connect is the bridge that puts each Dialpad call on the right HighLevel contact with the recording, the key facts, a task and a drafted follow-up.
How much does HighLevel cost for one business?
The Starter plan is $97 a month and covers one business with up to 3 sub-accounts, unlimited users and unlimited contacts. Texting, email sending and HighLevel's own AI are billed on usage on top of the plan. Prices checked on gohighlevel.com/pricing on 7 Nov 2026.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. HighLevel offers a 14-day free trial on any plan. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel, and usage such as texts may be billed during the trial.
Do I need HighLevel's AI Employee to use AI Connect?
No. AI Connect brings its own AI for key facts and follow-up drafts, included in its plans. HighLevel's AI Employee is a separate, optional add-on for chat and voice agents.
What does Obsidian X get if I sign up through your link?
