Program Description
ObsidianX Technology Solutions sends SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in to receive them. Messages include customer care responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, and information you have requested about our technology consulting services. Messages are sent from our business phone number, 469.436.3232.
Opt-In Consent
You consent to receive text messages from ObsidianX when you provide your mobile phone number and agree to be contacted by text through our website contact form, an assessment form, a scheduling interaction, or by texting our business number first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most customers receive a small number of messages per month related to their inquiries and appointments. We do not send recurring promotional message campaigns.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your mobile plan. ObsidianX does not charge for participation in the SMS program.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and the availability of their network.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number in this program. The program is available on major United States carriers.
Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
